Defence & Physical Training

Building physical strength, mental toughness, and leadership qualities through army-standard training programmes.

Our Approach

Training That Transforms

At DEWA, physical training is not just about fitness – it's about building character. Our training programme, designed by Ex-Army officers, follows the same principles that shape soldiers: discipline, perseverance, and never-give-up attitude.

Every student participates in daily PT sessions, drill practice, and sports activities. This rigorous schedule develops not just physical strength but also mental toughness, time management, and teamwork skills essential for success in any field.
